Warranty

We are fully responsible for the quality of the product, so we always provide a manufacturer's warranty or Capital warranty with it, which means that our company assumes all warranty obligations at the same level as the manufacturer of the equipment.

All products in the Capital online store are checked for completeness and are provided directly from our warehouse in the original manufacturer's packaging.

What products are covered by the warranty?

If the product fails during the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it or replace it with a new one.

Before returning the product for warranty repair, please read the terms and conditions of warranty repair. There are some products that can only be repaired at the place of installation (for example, boilers, air conditioners, gas boilers, water filtration systems).

To repair large household appliances (washing machines, refrigerators, dishwashers, air conditioners, etc.), you can have a service technician come to your address.

Make sure that:

  • the warranty seals are in place;
  • the product has no mechanical or other damage;
  • the product was used according to the instructions;
  • you have not repaired the product yourself or modified its design;
  • the warranty card has been filled in correctly;
  • the serial number or IMEI of the product has been saved;
  • when sending to the service centre, you have removed all passwords and biometric protection from portable devices.
